I always see this Qi’a Superfood Cereal (made with Chia, Buckwheat, and Hemp) in the cereal aisle whenever I go to the grocery store and I finally bought one package last week out of curiosity.  It was my first time to try it out this morning and I loved it! I followed the directions in the package and mixed 2 tbsp. of cereal with 4 tbsp. of milk and waited for 5 minutes for the Chia seeds to absorb the milk.  I was skeptical at first because I always want a filling breakfast and I wasn’t sure if the suggested 2 tbsp. serving would be enough and so I added 1/4 cup of granola (apple cinnamon flavor), 1 cup of blackberries and raspberries, and another 1/4 cup of milk.  It was definitely filling and I love its texture.  This is now one of my favorite breakfast dishes. 🙂
